"If you're interested in broadening your understanding of culture and academic learning in the heritage and museum field, the dual degree offers an excellent opportunity. It allows you not only to experience different university atmospheres but also diverse cultures, people, educational atmospheres, and societies. It's more than just studying; it's about immersing yourself in diverse experiences.

I'm fascinated by Melbourne's culturally diverse and vibrant environment. I was able to enjoy not only cultural life such as museums and social events/festivals but also diverse cuisines, and beautiful natural surroundings. I visited various stunning places in Australia, but one stands out in my memory. Cascades Female Factory Historic Site in Hobart, Tasmania. Despite the minimal remaining buildings on the site, the site offered engaging and interactive tours that allowed visitors to immerse themselves in the stories beyond its tangible settings. The interpretative methods in the museum were diverse and creative so enabled me to connect deeply with the site's history and the people whose lives were intertwined with it.

After graduation, I hope to work as a heritage specialist and further develop practical expertise in the field, with a particular focus on intangible heritage. My ambition is to engage in projects that actively involve communities and facilitate the connection of their stories or values to heritage sites. Also, I am passionate about empowering and supporting local traditional practices and cultures, particularly in their intangible aspects."
